What does this policy cover?

The full amount of your Comprehensive Policy* can be used to pay for any of the following items as a result of an earthquake:

• 100% of dwelling, other structures, and contents
• Additional living expenses or loss of use up to one year
• Additional coverage for debits removal
• Additional coverage for demolition and engineering costs $10,000 for building code upgrade
• *Specific limits apply to certain losses

How much insurance do I need?

To determine the minimum amount of insurance you should consider, GeoVera estimates what it may cost to rebuild your home after an earthquake. Additionally, costs are estimated for other structures, contents and loss of use. The amount of insurance we calculate can be increased at your request.

What is the deducible?

The deductible is 10% of the amount of insurance selected. Higher deductibles are also available.
